Absolutely. Our detailed analytics provide a comprehensive breakdown of your plays, downloads, and earnings by platform. This allows you to see exactly how your music is performing in different territories worldwide.
The dashboard is divided into three key sections:
Daily Sales: Tracks your streams and downloads over the last 28 days.
Monthly Overview: Displays sales reports organized by the month the sale occurred. We update this whenever we receive new data from music services.
Revenue: Shows the finalized earnings that have been credited to your balance, sorted by the sales month.
Important: Analytics vs. Credit Notes
When comparing your dashboard to your financial statements, please keep the following distinction in mind:
Analytics Revenue: Shows earnings based on the Sales Date (when the stream or download actually happened).
Credit Notes: Are sorted by the Accounting Period (when the money was actually processed and cleared for payout).
Because different stores report at different speeds, the revenue shown in your credit notes may not directly match the revenue in your statistics for a specific month. Your credit note is often a "mix of data," containing payments for various sales periods that all became available during the same accounting window.
Pro Tip: To help you reconcile these figures, you can download a detailed report from your dashboard. This report includes both the Sales Date and the Accounting Period for every transaction, making it easy to track exactly which streams are being paid out.
Understanding the Royalty Payment Cycle
To ensure accuracy, we operate on a specific reporting and payment timeline.
The 2-Month Buffer: Once we receive a payment from a music service, we wait two months before crediting that amount to your open balance. This buffer allows us to process and check every report sent by the music services.
The specific timing depends on the individual store’s reporting habits. Here is how a
January sale typically moves through the system:
Group A:
Services include: YouTube, iTunes/Apple Music, and select smaller stores.
January: Sales/Streams occur.
February: Store sends the report and payment to us.
April: After our 2-month buffer, funds are credited to your balance (at the end of the month).
Group B:
Services include: Spotify, Amazon, Deezer, TikTok, and most other stores.
January: Sales/Streams occur.
February: Store sends the sales report.
March: Store sends the actual payment to us.
May: After our 2-month buffer, funds are credited to your balance (at the end of the month).
Summary Table: When will I get paid for January?
| Store Group | Report Received | Payment Received | Credited to Balance |
| Group A (Apple, YouTube) | February | February | Late April |
| Group B (Spotify, Amazon, etc.) | February | March | Late May |
